The Brighter Days Foundation’s mission is to help seriously and chronically-ill children, ages 0-18, and their families living within the Brainerd Lakes Area of Minnesota by surprising them with meaningful gifts and/or opportunities to brighten their day.
The Foundation is set up to help bring the community together that the child resides in through fundraising events, scholarships and gift presentations by volunteers.

This year, we will be hosting a brand new event celebrating kids who help kids. The Holiday Ball will take place at Grand View Lodge on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 4:00 pm. The evening includes a social hour, gourmet buffet dinner, cookie decorating, hot chocolate bar & s'mores, pictures with Santa, photo booth, dancing, and a lot more fun-all for a great cause!

The Brighter Days Foundation creates a "surprise" visit for children with chronic or long-term illnesses. We purchase gifts for the child, their siblings and parents. Our goal is to take their focus off of the daily struggles and onto something fun and uplifting. These children deal with so much more than the average child so the impact of our giveaways is so important not only to the child, but to their entire family.

Your support and donations will help make this event a success and will assist in creating "brighter days" for families in the Brainerd Lakes Area in the coming year.
